When you order a song we collect your name, email address, and the details you enter about the song — including the recipient, occasion, and the story you share. If you send files, we store those too.

Your information is used only to write, produce and deliver your song, to take payment, and to contact you about your order.

Your order is visible to DJ Kountry. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us. We use a hosted database and file storage provider to keep your order secure.

Your story is treated as private. We never publish your song, name, or details as a sample or testimonial without your permission, and you can request extra confidentiality on your order.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to deliver your song and meet accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your details after delivery.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the Contact page.

If this policy changes we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
